I am a Resident in Counseling specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Jungian depth psychology, and Child-Centered Play Therapy. I work with adults, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, life transitions, family conflict, and the journey of self-discovery.

My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, honoring the deep connection between mind and body and recognizing how emotional experiences and trauma can be held somatically. I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and dream analysis to support lasting healing, insight, and meaning-making beyond symptom relief.

For adults, our work may include shadow work, reflective journaling, dream exploration, and between-session practices designed to help integrate insights into daily life and support meaningful change. I am especially drawn to working with clients seeking deeper self-understanding, healing perfectionism, spiritual growth, or a more authentic relationship with themselves.

With children and teens, I utilize expressive arts, sandtray, and play therapy to help them process emotions, build emotional regulation, and express experiences that may be difficult to put into words. My background in school counseling informs my work with youth, allowing me to support clients through current academic pressures, social stressors, identity development, and family transitions with attunement and care.

I believe therapy is a collaborative and compassionate process. Together, we’ll explore patterns, uncover underlying roots, and develop tools that support resilience, clarity, and growth. I offer a free consultation call to help determine if we’re a good fit and would be honored to support you on your healing journey.
