"Do you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Maybe your mind is running a mile a minute, making it difficult to stay present or complete everyday tasks. Perhaps your behaviors aren't aligning with your values, or you find yourself repeating relationship patterns that leave you feeling frustrated, disconnected, or hurt. If any of this resonates, you're not alone.
My goal is to help clients build lives that feel meaningful, aligned, and fulfilling. I believe that even when life feels overwhelming, change is possible and a greater quality of life is within reach. I meet clients where they are and prioritize a safe, nonjudgmental, collaborative relationship. I view clients as the experts on their own lives, because even when you feel disconnected from yourself, you hold invaluable knowledge about your experiences, strengths, and needs. My role is not to define you, but to help you reconnect with yourself, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools to move toward the life you want to live.
I specialize in OCD, women’s issues, attachment and relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and holistic, focusing on you as a whole person rather than just symptoms. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices, including CBT, ERP, ACT, and DBT, along with trauma-informed, humanistic, and feminist perspectives. Together, we work to build insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, values-aligned change. Feel free to call or email to schedule a consultation.
I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, with availability Monday through Thursday. Please feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation or intake session at either 571.354.7416 or biancabozzo.fcwc@gmail.com. I look forward to connecting with you!"
