MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN
Ashley Hahn, Intern Counselor | Phone: 571-310-2329 | Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
My passion for counseling comes from the desire to assist individuals in understanding, communicating, and processing the difficult emotions that are just under the surface, but that unfortunately create barriers in our relationships. I will help foster awareness of your own needs through compassion, active listening, and empathy during your journey. I believe that we all hold the answers within ourselves to what causes us distress, but the challenge comes with discovering them. Counseling is a partnership and my purpose is to guide individuals towards reaching their mental health goals and strengthening their relationships.
I help clients with a variety of concerns related to depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, career changes, and other mental health challenges. I enjoy working with teenagers, young professionals, couples, and individuals going through life changes. My approach pulls from Person-Centered Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware. I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and currently completing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University.
I am supervised by Christina Tosto, LCSW. You can schedule an appointment by calling 571-310-2329 or by emailing me at email@example.com
