Gently lending energy and determination, I aim to join you on your progress to joy and change. I will be using evidence-based practice with innovations in neuroscience, natural healthing, and holistic psychology. We can then begin working towards your inner compass, joy and most importantly, connect deeply with unknown parts of yourself and with others. 

I am currently a Resident in Counseling, working towards LPC licensure in Virginia. I am happy to provide in-person sessions, as well as virtual teletherapy sessions. Insurance Information: As a Resident in Counseling, my professional services may be reimbursed by your out-of-network insurance coverage.  I am an out-of-network provider and can provide superbills for insurance companies.
