Anxiety and depression can have an impact on our day-to-day functioning and enjoyment of life. Relationships and life changes can sometimes be hard for us to deal with. Grieving a loss can be difficult. Even the most fulfilling jobs can sometimes be hard to handle. Maybe you’re just simply feeling a bit stuck in life. Whatever may be troubling you, I can help. Counseling is a collaborative process. Please contact me and we can discuss how we might work together to tackle anything that you feel is keeping you from living the life you want!
I hold a BA degree from Colgate University and a MS from University of Virginia. I am in my final year of an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. My internship is being supervised here at FCWC by Jess Stoler, LPC, CCTP-II. I can be reached at email@example.com and at 571.249.3796.
