Do you struggle with anxiety, relationship issues, grief, or trauma? Are you struggling to cope with this fast-paced world? Everyone struggles sometimes, and it takes a lot of bravery to reach out and ask for help. It is important to find a space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered in order to begin finding solutions that work for you. Everyone is unique, and I want to find the solutions that work best for you.
We can work together to get you where you want to be. Through solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approaches, my goal is to help you explore past challenges, current struggles, and positive coping skills. By working collaboratively, we can hopefully discover new insights and perspectives to help you throughout your journey. I work with all ages and a number of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and coping skills.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Lynchburg, and am one year away from earning a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University. I work under the supervision of Andrew Colsky, LPC.
