As a yoga therapist, I use movement, breathing, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation to address the unique needs of my clients. The yogic model addresses every aspect of our being, and my goal is to empower clients to make yoga practices their own and to tap into yoga's healing potential.
Yoga therapy addresses persistent pain on physical, mental and emotional levels. Yogic practices help regulate the nervous system and create positive change in different areas of our lives. Yoga therapy supports healthy aging, helps manage weight, blood pressure, anxiety and depression, and improves sleep. It provides support for those with persistent pain and chronic conditions that affect mobility (MS, Parkinson’s, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, brain injury and stroke).
My practice is informed by additional training in Reiki, Sound Healing, and iRest Meditation.
I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with International Association of Yoga Therapy, and hold an MA from University of Pennsylvania.
Initial Yoga Therapy Consultation: 75 min, $125. Subsequent Yoga Therapy sessions: 55 min, $100
4-session package (includes initial consultation) $360
Home visits can be scheduled for those with limited mobility (please inquire about cost).
