When we are conscious of who we are, and aligned with our true nature and values, we become aware of what we want from life and can create more of what we want as a consequence. In my work I seek to build therapeutic relationships that provide support, empowerment, insight and compassion at times when life situations are confusing and thoughts turn dark.

I work with adults and teens, couples and families, and accompany my clients on their journeys to understand and heal trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and relationships problems. Events that can seem overwhelming when we are alone can also be a source of empowerment and growth when we have a witness and an ally as we work through the challenges.

I hold a Master of Science degree from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I am also a mother, a dancer and an immigrant and in my work with people draw on all of my lived experiences. My treatment approach is informed by multiple modalities including Jungian, Somatic, and Internal Family Systems. My specific areas of interest are trauma and attachment as well as working with women who were victims of abuse. I focus on developing copying skills, rebuilding a more positive narrative around life events, increasing insight and learning to accept discomfort in order to change unhelpful patterns and move toward a more meaningful, conscious and aligned life.

Insurance information:
My professional services qualify for reimbursement under most insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. I do not participate as an in-network provider with health insurances, however, most plans will allow for reimbursement using the billing statement I provide after each session.

I am bilingual in English and Russian and accept new clients.
