MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN

Sarah Severoni
I believe that the majority of people experience challenging events at one point or another in their lives. I also believe that everyone has the ability and capacity to make meaningful and positive changes to their current life situations when in a supportive environment. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space in which we can explore problems and solutions together.
I use a collaborative approach and a person-centered approach that is mindful and respectful to the values, morals, and cultures of clients. I like to help clients discover and develop a more positive perspective of their lives which allows them to develop new strategies and solutions for coping with what is troubling them.
I have a bachelor's of science degree in Biology from Marymount University. I am currently completing my master's in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from the New York University. I come from a multi-cultural background and I have an interest and experience working with children and adolescents as well as adults cope with anxiety, depression, spiritual issues, relationships, and cultural adjustments.
As an intern, I am not in-network with insurance, however, I offer a reduced rate of $70 for a 50-minute session. The session rate can be further discussed.
To schedule an appointment with me, please call me at 571-281-8614 or email me at sseveronifcwc@gmail.com. My supervisors are Bella Sterling and Michael Searby.
