MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN
As a current graduate counselor at Falls Church Wellness Center, it is my passion to provide you a space
to freely express and discuss your emotions, experiences, challenges and goals. My purpose is for you is to be heard, understood and respected at all times while working collaboratively to dive into new
perspectives and insights.
I believe it is vital to provide services that are specialized to the needs and goals of each individual inclusive of all ages, cultures, religions, sexual orientation, and gender identity. Through person-centered
and psychoanalytic approaches, my goal is to explore with you how your past experiences may be impacting your current life challenges. Included in our discovery are areas such as mindfulness, enhancing self-esteem, creating boundaries and utilizing innate skills to solve problems.
My approach to wellness includes a focus on body, mind and soul. As a former collegiate athlete, it
became apparent that a heathy mind and body improves overall well-being. I value this holistic approach
and will incorporate it into our journey together.
If you, your partner, a friend or a loved one is experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges,
