Your life is intense, and most people don’t get it. First responders, veterans, federal workers, health care providers, women in tech, first-generation college students—you work hard and are willing to do what it takes. One more assignment, one more shift, one more deployment. You keep going because you’re the kind of person who serves others, not the one who needs help.
I get it, and I know the feelings of burnout that lead to a mid-life career change.
That’s why I believe your life can get better, even if you’ve seen things that most people can’t imagine. You deserve a meaningful life with passion and purpose, free from nightmares, spiraling thoughts, and regrets.
I specialize in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) because it’s so effective for overcoming PTSD, moral injury, anger, and depression. I find it’s especially helpful for people who compartmentalize their feelings, have ADHD, or have been called gifted, highly sensitive, or too much. If you focus well under pressure and struggle day-to-day, EMDR can help you articulate your thoughts and let out your feelings in a manageable way. EMDR allows you to focus on what’s important now, so you can decide what to do next.
You don’t have to keep fighting alone.
I offer weekly 55-minute sessions and EMDR intensives. I find that working more intensively is often more time and cost effective. I offer 90-minute, 2-hour, or half-day sessions, as well as 1-3 day intensive EMDR retreats.
I am in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and United. I am also Certified Out-Of-Network with Tricare.
