PHYSICAL HEALTH CLINICIAN

Dr. Rachel Fenton, PsyD, INHC (Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach)

I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a doctorate in clinical psychology from The George Washington University. I specialize in trauma-informed, somatic-based coaching to help women reconnect with their bodies, regulate stress, and make empowered, sustainable choices that support their whole health.

My work is inclusive and culturally responsive, affirming the lived experiences of all women, particularly those navigating systems of oppression, while creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and growth-oriented. I provide individual health coaching sessions, breathwork offerings, and transformational coaching packages (1-month, 3-month, and 6-month) to support clients in reaching their wellness goals from the inside out.

Through Ujjayi Wellness, I guide women in tuning into their body’s signals and creating supportive habits that nourish physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Whether you’re looking to shift long-standing patterns, improve your relationship with food and movement, support nervous system healing, or feel more in control of your stress, I offer tools that are holistic, evidence-informed, and deeply personal.

This work is personal to me. It’s the result of my own journey toward listening to my body, healing generational patterns, and learning how to care for myself in ways that have transformed every area of my life. I now support other women in doing the same, using a powerful blend of ancestral wisdom, nervous system care, and integrative nutrition.
