It takes a lot of courage to acknowledge when the weight of navigating different worlds becomes too heavy to carry alone. Sometimes, the hardest part of the journey is finding a space where you don’t have to translate your soul or explain the complexities of your heritage just to be understood. Whether you are navigating the expectations of family, the nuances of a multicultural identity, or the feeling of being "in-between," you deserve a place where your authentic self is welcomed without judgment.

As a bilingual therapist intern, I specialize in helping individuals navigate these unique cultural and personal pressures. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—a practical, goal-oriented partnership where we work together to identify the internal scripts or patterns that may be holding you back. By drawing on my professional background in community-based advocacy and family systems, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse individuals navigating complex life transitions. Having supported families through various developmental and systemic hurdles, I work with you to rewrite the narratives that may be holding you back, ensuring we honor your roots while building the future you envision.

I provide in-person sessions with flexible scheduling to accommodate your community and family commitments:

Weekends: Availability across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Weekdays: Limited availability (please reach out for specific times).

I truly look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.
