Everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are.
Life can bring change, uncertainty, and challenges that are difficult to navigate alone. Whether you are working through anxiety, relationships, life transitions, self-worth, or simply trying to better understand yourself, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and move forward.
I strive to create a warm, genuine, and collaborative environment where you can come as you are. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can explore what you are experiencing, build on your strengths, and find practical ways to create meaningful change.
I am passionate about making mental health care more accessible and helping reduce the stigma that can keep people from seeking support. My background in education, youth mentorship, and community-based work has shaped my appreciation for the diverse experiences each person brings into the counseling space. I hope to help create a space where people feel understood, supported, and reminded that they have options. Wherever you are starting from, we can work together to better understand your experiences and take the next step forward.
