Hi, I’m Laura (she/her), owner of Inclusive Pathways Therapy PLLC!
You deserve to lead an authentic, meaningful life. You may have been taught that your reactions were too big, your discomfort was scary, and what felt right for you was somehow wrong. I help my clients slow down and tune back into their own wisdom to find more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I show up as a real human in the therapy room. I will lean in when it feels like the walls are coming down and celebrate your wins right alongside you. I take an active role as a therapist. This means offering new perspectives, sharing suggestions, and showing up with my authentic self and honest reactions.
I work with teens (13+) and adults of all ages. I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming therapy, emotion regulation trauma recovery, and relationship/attachment challenges. As a neurodivergent therapist, and I believe neurodivergent people deserve affirming, high-quality therapy and trauma work. I also work with parents of neurodivergent children who are looking for strategies that actually work for their kids.
My approach integrates EMDR (an effective trauma treatment), Internal Family Systems (“parts work”), attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness. These approaches help move beyond “just talking about it” to a deeper healing and change.
I value working with people of all sexualities, gender identities and expressions, disability status, and cultural backgrounds. I believe it’s part of my responsibility as a therapist to continually do my own inner work and approach this profession with humility. I strive to recognize my privilege and stay accountable for my own ongoing learning and growth.
I am an EMDR Certified therapist and a member of EMDR International Association.
Reach out today for a free 15-minute phone consultation. Cheers for now!
