Hi, I’m Laura (she/her), owner of Inclusive Pathways Therapy PLLC.
I help teens and adults who feel like their nervous system simply doesn’t fit make sense of their experiences, build self-compassion, and create a life more aligned with their values and needs. I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming therapy for teens, adults, and couples. As a neurodivergent therapist, I’m passionate about anti-ableist therapy that sees the whole person in context.
Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+, people of color, and individuals with a history of trauma (including neurodivergent-related trauma). I support clients in safely moving into deeper work, healing through self-compassion, and building practical tools like boundary-setting and emotion regulation skills.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who want to feel more connected to themselves and to each other. In couples work, I help partners understand patterns, strengthen emotional safety, and find new ways to communicate and navigate conflict. Across all my work, I support clients who want to heal past wounds, resolve internal conflicts, explore identity and unmasking, and improve their relationships.
My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I show up as a real human in the therapy room. I offer perspective, gently explore what’s not working, and celebrate your growth along the way. I draw from multiple approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (attachment-based work), EMDR (trauma reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (“parts work”), and mindfulness of bodily sensations and responses. These approaches help us move beyond just talking about things and into meaningful, lasting change.
I offer a gentle, flexible space that accommodates your unique nervous system. You’re welcome to sit on the floor, move around, doodle, wrap up in a weighted blanket, and whatever helps you feel more grounded and present.
I’m an EMDR Certified therapist and a member of EMDR International Association. I’m committed to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and accountability, and to creating an inclusive space that affirms all identities.
If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. Come as you are.
