Children often communicate their inner world through play, relationships, and emotional expression. I view therapy not as a place to fix or change children, but as a space where children and families can slow down, feel safe, and begin to understand what those experiences are communicating. I strive to create a supportive, affirming environment where children and caregivers feel respected, understood, and empowered.

I work with children (ages 3–12), adolescents, and families, with a particular focus on neurodivergent children, including those with Autism and ADHD. With young children, I use play-based approaches such as Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and AutPlay Therapy, honoring play as a child’s natural language. I also offer Filial Therapy (Child-Parent Relationship Therapy/CPRT), partnering closely with caregivers to strengthen connection, attunement, and confidence in the parent-child relationship.

I am an Autistic ADHDer, and I bring both lived experience and clinical training into my work. I believe meaningful change happens through safe, trusting relationships—within families, within play, and within spaces where differences are honored rather than corrected. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations for those who are curious about beginning therapy. I am a Social Work Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Wendy Radding, LCSW, RPT, CATP, and I am pursuing certification as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) under the supervision of Rachel Altvater, PsyD, RPT-S.
