The human experience requires us to cope with many highs and lows, and there are both adaptive and maladaptive ways to approach the challenging times we face. Our recovery from adversity is dependent on the tools we have learned to rely on, and sometimes, we need support. I’m here to let you know that you are not broken. Whether you’re burnt out from chronic stress, struggling in your relationships, or constantly feeling less-than, you have the capacity to cope, and together we can tap into and expand your resiliency & strengthen your self-efficacy.

I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, traumatic stress & unhealthy

attachments. I hold a supportive, affirming space for you to identify & move past the pain that is keeping you stuck. My approach is eclectic. Tailored to your needs, I use motivational interviewing, somatic & mindfulness tools for self-regulation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

My goal is to be transparent as we build on your coping skills to improve your quality of life. I use an anti-oppressive approach and a strengths-based perspective to help you identify and use your intrinsic abilities. If you are tired of feeling like you’re treading water, reach out to me today. Together, we can help you find your way back to yourself.

You can connect with me via email at nblcounselingfcwc@gmail.com or by phone at 571-266-0818. I appreciate your courage and strength, and I look forward to hearing from you.
