Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You may not know exactly what you need, or you may simply be looking for a place where you can talk openly and feel understood. My goal is to create a space where you feel welcome, accepted, and comfortable being yourself.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student completing my practicum under clinical supervision. My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and therapy can be a space to feel heard, better understand your experiences, and discover what feels meaningful and helpful for you.

I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exploring the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we may identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop more adaptive ways of thinking, and build greater confidence and self-trust while making room for deeper emotional exploration.

I am especially interested in working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and families. My background working with children and families has shaped my interests in autism, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I am also committed to providing an affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and those who have experienced barriers to accessing care.

As a developing counselor, I approach each client with humility and a commitment to continued learning while meeting you where you are. Patience, optimism, and curiosity are all things I aim to bring into the counseling room.

You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I would be honored to support you as you explore where you are and where you want to go next. I offer a free consultation call to help us determine whether we might be a good fit.
