You are a lifelong learner of your own experience—whether you’ve always known that, or you’re just beginning to sense it. Therapy can offer a supportive space to better understand yourself, especially when life feels overwhelming, painful, or uncertain. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin; you simply need a place where you can show up as you are.
As a counseling intern at Falls Church Wellness Center, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your lived experiences with care and intention. I view therapy as a partnership grounded in curiosity and trust, where we work together at a pace that feels right for you.
I provide trauma-informed care and support individuals who have experienced relational trauma, chronic stress, or major life transitions. Trauma can shape how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you, often in ways that are not immediately visible. In our work together, we will prioritize safety and emotional grounding while building insight and coping skills that support healing and resilience.
I am deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and about making care accessible and meaningful within the community. Outside of the therapy room, I value reflection, meaningful connection, and continued learning—values that inform how I show up with clients. It is an honor to walk alongside you in this process, and I look forward to supporting you as you move toward greater self-understanding, stability, and connection.
