My name is Stephanie Watson. I am in a dual degree in art therapy and counseling through Southwestern College. I have experience working in both in-patient and outpatient settings, as well as a crisis hotline and shelter.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for people to come into and be able to express themselves openly and freely. I see therapy as a proactive measure rather than reactive. My hope is to help people feel heard, supported, and validated. My approach is from a trauma-informed and client-centered lens.
