Everyone has the capacity to change. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply sensing it’s time for something different, starting therapy can be one of the most empowering decisions you make. I love working with people at the beginning of their journey—because that first step often holds the greatest potential for transformation. You don’t need to know exactly where you're going. You just need to start.
Together, we’ll identify your goals, build on your strengths, and create space for healing and growth.
My clinical focus includes:
- Socio-cultural trauma
- Sexual trauma
- Religious trauma
- PTSD
- Gender dysphoria
- Depression & anxiety (including OCD and social anxiety)
- Dissociative disorders
- Relationship challenges (including family dynamics, marriage, partnerships, and polyamorous relationships)
I work with individuals, couples, and families, and am deeply committed to serving the LGBTQ+ community with care, cultural competence, and affirmation.
I view the therapy room as a workshop - a space where you can safely explore your experiences, test new ways of being, and strengthen your ability to thrive outside of sessions. Our work together will center on resilience, authenticity, and the healing power of safe connection.
For couples looking to make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time, I offer Couples Counseling Intensives in partnership with Jessica MacNair, LPC. These 2-3 hour sessions provide a focused, immersive experience—often delivering the benefits of several months of weekly therapy in just one meeting.
